Natural Almond Flour is ground from whole almonds with the skin intact. Almond flour is low in carbohydrates, gluten free and an excellent source of protein, fiber and vitamin E. Use it in place of regular flour for low carb baking or try it as a breading for meats and vegetables. It is the quintessential ingredient for many French pastries, like the classic frangipane and the ever-popular macaroons.
